Yes, we work directly with customers as a development partner every step of the way from prototype to production.

Our current build volume is 300mm x 250mm x 200mm.  Reach out and let us know if there is a specific component geometry we can help you with; our team is here for your team.

We have a video library that contains informational content and you can submit a contact form online with any inquiries or upload drawings to schedule a part design review.

Alloy Enterprises specializes in building a wide array of complex aluminum components on demand for various applications.  Casings, cold plates, heat exchangers, heat sinks, housings, fluid transmission manifolds, and valve blocks are just some of the complex designs we can fabricate.

The production lead times at Alloy Enterprises are tailored to meet each customer’s needs, typically ranging from 4-6 weeks.

Alloy Enterprises is committed to protecting our clients’ confidentiality and intellectual property.  Before proceeding on any project, we have a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place ensuring that all work is handled with the utmost integrity and security.

The Stack Forging™ digital fabrication process is an advanced technology developed and engineered by Alloy Enterprises to construct components built with 6061 Aluminum.  After digital slicing with Alloy’s proprietary software and laser-cutting the part design, the aluminum sheets are then metal-to-metal diffusion-bonded together to form a solid block.  Once the support material is removed, the components are heat treated to T6.

Our team assigns a dedicated Account Executive to oversee and manage every step of the project working cross-functionally to ensure support throughout the process from start to delivery of finished goods.  You can submit a model and CAD, and our team will complete an initial evaluation within 48 hours.

With Alloy, there is no minimum order required.  Whether you need a few sample components for evaluation or a production order, we deliver.  Our advanced technology is scalable for both large and small production volumes.
